Service Guidelines

All clients will be responsible for a non-refundable $25 fee to book an appointment with KyiWorld Specialists. Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. We take pride in our service and value your time.

We enjoy seeing families together. We do admonish all parents or guardians to ensure their children are respectable, obedient, and mannerable. We encourage parents to be in the salon with their children to ensure best behavior. Anyone under the age of 18, must be accompanied with an adult.

We require masks and face covers in the salon for all clients. We do sell masks and face covers, if you happen to leave yours elsewhere. 

All clients must be 5-10 minutes early to their appointment. If a client is later than 10 minutes with or without communication to their appointment, then that client will be rescheduled. In addition, there will be an $15 charge to reschedule.

If the client missed the appointment without notification, then the client will be assessed a $50 No-Show fee. In addition, to make another appointment the client will be subject to the Guarantee Non-Refundable Fee.

If the client calls at least 30 minutes before the appointment to reschedule, then the client will be subject to the stylist's discretion.

Please note KyiWorld can refuse service to anyone that exhibits signs of animosity, disrespectfulness, and combativeness. Let's remember to be kind and professional. We are all humans. Let's respect and value each other.

We encourage all clients to take personal phone calls outside of the salon. We prefer not to subject our clients to personal conversations. If an emergency, we will allot a short time to resolve the emergency. Please remember we are on a tight schedule and time is valuable.
